How does Life Purpose Counseling work?

You spend one 1/2 hour session with Misa to see how you like working with her. If the match is good, together you will outline your goals and agree to the number and frequency of sessions that will get you where you want to go.

Misa recommends a minimum of 6 sessions, so that you can get the most progress possible. If you choose to set goals that require changes in behavior, the sessions should span across a minimum of 40 days—a reasonable amount of time for you to see and experience real transformation.

Who is Reverend Misa?

Reverend Misa is the co-Founder and Spiritual Director of The New Dream Foundation, dedicated to creating global spiritual family. As a ceremonialist, teacher and spiritual counselor, Reverend Misa stirs the heart and mind to new levels of personal and social awareness. After years of silent meditation, teaching selective classes, offering ceremonies, deep personal healing, and study with a Cherokee medicine woman, she co-founded the Foundation, making a home for her Native American and non-native ceremonies and programs. She has studied religions and experienced ceremonies from traditions around the globe and has come to believe that all paths lead to the Divine.

Misa has had highly successful careers as a teacher, organizational development consultant, business communications and marketing consultant, public relations coordinator, and program developer. She has a lovely adopted daughter and four wonderful grandchildren, as well as a beautiful relationship with her husband (and it took several relationships to get there). Further, she has healed herself from more than one life-threatening illness.
