Secret of Vibrational Healing
Vibrational
Healing Through Sound
Everything vibrates.
Everything. How do we know this? Physicists tell us molecules, atoms,
even quarks are in constant vibratory motion. Since these are the building
blocks of matter, that means that everything is vibrating. In addition
to vibrating, those building blocks are moving in geometric patterns.
As it turns out, those geometric patterns are significant
to our health. Dr. Hans Jenny, through a science he developed called
Cymatics, demonstrated the relationship between sound, energy and
matter. In other words, he was able to prove that vibration
effects matter.
Dr. Jenny, in one of his experiments, placed sand on a metal plate and
tapped the edge with a tuning fork. The sand literally jumped up and
down as the metal plate vibrated to the pitch of the tuning fork. The
sand continued to bounce to the vibration until it formed a geometric
pattern.
Every pitch had its own unique geometric pattern and the same pattern
consistently formed each time its correlating pitch was played. Putting
all of this together, we can surmise that every sound has a geometric
pattern and every geometric pattern has a sound.
When the body is "out of tune" the healthy geometric patterns
of the cells, molecules, atoms and quarks are not vibrating properly. When the right sound is introduced,
the cells of the body entrain with the sound. Through the sound, the
cells are reminded and induced to vibrate their normal and healthy pattern.
Since everything is vibrating, many tools can serve to assist us in
entraining our cells to return to their natural, healthy state.
Vibrational healing refers to a broad spectrum of healing modalities
that utilize natural vibrational frequencies for entrainment. When you
entrain with these natural healing vibrations, you can feel yourself
relax into a state of enhanced health and well-being.
Sounds, rhythms, crystals, and visualization are just a few of the modalities
used in vibrational healing.
Vibrational Healing and Emotions
In vibrational healing, it is often recognized that emotional healing
needs to occur right along with physical healing. The reason for this
is that our thoughts and beliefs create our perceptions and our perceptions
influence our emotional state of being. Our emotional states in turn,
directly affect our physical state.
An easy way to see the effect of our emotional state on the body is
to notice what happens to your body when you are weeping. Your nose
runs and then plugs up, your eyes turn red, your lip quivers. Your body
responds to the intense emotions you are feeling. The same is true if
you feel angry, in love, or very happy.
Just as your body responds with external symptoms, the internal organs
of your body also respond to your emotional state. Every part of
your body is in sympathetic, vibratory relationship with the other parts.
And your entire body is in sympathetic relationship with your emotions.
Therefore, when you engage in vibrational healing, these relationships
are usually acknowledged. So, if you are healing a physical symptom,
you'll want to address the emotions that affect your physical body,
along with the thoughts and beliefs that prompted the entire chain of
disharmonic experiences.
Sometimes we are repressing natural emotional responses to our beliefs
and perspectives. As a result, the body carries the full load for the
response, which can result in intense pain or physical discomfort.
Vibrational Healing and Beliefs
In vibrational healing, attending to your thoughts makes a huge difference
in your results. When you recognize the core belief that is stimulating
painful or depressing emotional responses (even if that emotion is repressed),
you have identified the agent that is stressing the cells of your body.
You have now reached a level of awareness through which you can change
the underlying, stressing belief; and therefore, change the emotional
and physical discomfort or illness.
Change the core belief and you can change the discomfort you are experiencing.
This is what sound healing does so well. It reaches beyond language
into imprints that have been a part of your soul since your inception.
At this core place of your existence, sound healing honors the feelings
and beliefs that currently exist. In this state where you are
finally being heard and recognized at the most profound levels, your
cells figuratively breathe a sight of relief and you naturally transform.
The change occurs in the same way you would emotionally
transform if someone finally listened to you with great empathy about
a problem you had carried for many years. You would finally relax in
relief to have shed some or all of your burden. Your vibratory frequency
would change, and so would your view of life and the way you move through
life.
The same is true with sound healing. Once your core truth is
sung with compassion, the truth of your pain, fear or resistance that
you have be holding on to can now be released. Your psyche
and body naturally open to more pleasing ways to live, which include
greater emotional freedom and physical wellness. The sounds reflect
your newly found hope and freedom, reinforcing deep in your core your
greatest desires for happiness.
Sound Healing with Other Vibrational Healing
Techniques
If you really want to feel vibrant and healthy, you will want to invest
in healing the entire mind, body and spirit. Utilizing combinations
of vibratory healing modalities may offer you the best possible support,
such as combining sound healing with visualization.
There have been many documented studies where sounds for healing
were paired with visualization techniques, with positive results. In some of these cases, healing
can be quite dramatic (see our own story under Background). For example,
Mark Rider, PhD., a research psychologist affiliated with Southern Methodist
University, combined music with imagery, and observed significantly
good results on the protective cells of the immune system - cells that
regenerate injured tissue and fight invading pathogens.
Reverend
Misa, has seen amazing results in health, psychic development through
the use of Sound Medicine. Imagine lowering your blood pressure from critical
to normal in just two weeks using sound medicine and herbs. Imagine
growing a new valve to your heart through sound and visualization. Imagine
stopping a cold dead in its tracks using healing sounds and symbols.
Those are just a few of the miracles she has witnessed in her 13 year
practice of Sound Medicine.
When you utilize multiple modalities in your training
process, you increase the likelihood of retention. When you are entraining
your body to return to health, the more modalities you incorporate that
seem natural to you, the easier it is for you mind and body to grasp
the change – the change to healthy vibratory patterns.
Sound and Silence
In
addition to entraining through as many senses as possible, the quieter
you can get your mind, the more likely the mind will be able to accept
new input for greater health and prosperity. Imagine recording new information on your tape recorder
on top of existing information, without the ability to erase the original
information. It would sound like garble. That is what happens to your
mind. When you slow the mind down from racing from thought to thought,
you create an opening, a blank tape, so to speak, for new, important
input.
When we listen to long, sustained notes (as you will hear on the Sound
Medicine CDs), the mind responds by closing down its interest in other
stimuli. By listening to the sounds, you do two things at once. First,
you slow the mind down, long enough to receive new input. Secondly,
you hear and receive the "medicine" that your body, mind and
spirit need.
Best
of all, combined vibrational healing techniques are safe and easy to
incorporate into your healing practice and they get results!
